By accessing or using TruForz™ services, including HomePod, HomePod Service Pods, HomePod OS, TruDesk, or any associated digital properties, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
TruForz™ provides workforce infrastructure services including managed outsourced pods, recruitment and training, consulting, and platform access. The scope of services is defined in individual engagement agreements, statements of work, or platform access agreements.
Access to HomePod, HomePod OS, and related portals is provided subject to a valid engagement agreement. Access credentials are non-transferable. Unauthorized sharing or misuse of credentials will result in immediate termination of access.
All TruForz™ trademarks, service marks, methodologies (including HomePod, HomePod Service Pods, HomePod OS, and TruDesk), content, and platform code are the exclusive property of TruForz™. No part may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the course of engagement. This includes client data, candidate information, process documentation, pricing, and commercial terms.
TruForz™'s total liability for any claim arising from service delivery shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. TruForz™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
