We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: clients for whom you are being placed or assessed; third-party service providers under confidentiality agreements; regulatory authorities where required by law.
We retain candidate data for 12 months after the close of an application cycle. Client and engagement data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 3 years for compliance. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
Our website uses cookies for session management and analytics. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect platform functionality. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
HomePod and HomePod OS users acknowledge that session activity, productivity metrics, and quality scores may be tracked as part of the service delivery framework. All monitoring is conducted with user consent as defined in the platform access agreement.
